Africano Mande Foundation is made up of a lean structure, staffed by a core team that comprises the board, program managers, project officers, researchers and an administrative team drawn largely from the local environment. AMF also draws expertise from a network of consultants, academics, trainers and other professionals. In this regard, AMF draws qualified local, regional and international volunteers who shall be willing to offer their services for the support of AMF. Africano Mande Foundation is therefore governed by a Board of Directors that oversees the governance of the Foundation’s programs and projects. The Board offers the vision for the Foundation and strategic direction towards the realization of the vision. The Board also acts as a vanguard of the core values of the Africano Mande Foundation.

The program of the Foundation is headed by a Chief Executive Officer who provides strategic guidance and supervises the entire program of the Foundation. There is the Director who supervises the field projects of the Foundation. The Director is supported by a Project Coordinator who coordinates the operations of all the AMF projects in the fields of education and training, health, production, media & ICT, research and community development. There are also the Heads of Departments who head each of the various Departments in AMF. The operations of AMF projects are also supported by individual volunteers or a team of volunteers who come to assist in project implementation. All in all, the AMF program is structured as follows:
