The program of the Foundation is headed by a Chief Executive Officer who provides strategic guidance and supervises the entire program of the Foundation.
There is the Field Director who supervises the field projects of the Foundation. The Field Director is supported by a Project Coordinator who coordinates the operations of all the AMF projects in the fields of education and training, health, production, media, research and ICT.
There are also other AMF staffs who are directly involved in the implementation of the projects and these staffs range from those in administration, finance, media operations, health, community development, education, training and research.
The operations of AMF projects are also supported by individual volunteers or a team of volunteers who come to assist in project implementation.
